Rick Lindberg, Founder of InterLink Network Services

Rick started InterLink after seeing too many business owners feel stuck and unsure about IT decisions. He’s always been more interested in listening than selling, and that’s shaped how InterLink works today. Rick likes to sit with leaders, translate the technical into plain language, and help them choose a path that actually fits how their business runs. InterLink reflects that approach—steady, practical, and focused on long-term progress.
Outside of client work, Rick brings the same calm, disciplined mindset to flying as a pilot and to his involvement with the Ninnie L. Baird Foundation, reflecting a family legacy of service and stewardship. Both experiences reinforce what he believes about IT and business: be prepared, pay attention to the details, and put people first. That mix of real-world experience, care for the community, and clear-headed decision-making is at the heart of how InterLink shows up for its clients.
